360 Degree Feedback Tool

The 360 Degree Feedback Tool is a multi source assessment, commonly used in organizations, intended to solicit information from a variety of workplace sources on an employee’s work-related behavior and performance.

The tool is populated with questions, covering a broad range of workplace competencies, which are measured on a rating scale. On average, a minimum of eight to twelve of the employee’s key stakeholders, are then invited to fill out the questions anonymously. Those stakeholders, who are also asked to provide written comments, typically include the employee’s managers, peers, customers and direct reports.

The ratings and comments are subsequently collated and provided to the recipient who is encouraged to use it to gain insights into how others perceive their behavior and performance. This gives the employee a unique opportunity to adjust behaviors and develop skills that will enable him/her to excel in their current jobs.

The Core Leadership Group has an in-house 360 Degree Tool that our clients can access or we can work with your organization’s feedback tool. In both cases, we will debrief the results with the recipient and help them to integrate the feedback into a plan of action for sustained or improved performance enhancement.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®)

The MBTI® Instrument, developed by Isabel Briggs Myers, is a popular tool used for professional development and organizational improvement. The results, derived from the introspective self-report questionnaire, are designed to indicate psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. The Indicator is particularly useful with teams, for conflict management, performance improvement, executive coaching and management development.

Our certified MBTI® practitioners administer the assessment when working with clients in the following areas:

  • Introducing Types into Organizations
  • Using Types in Family Dynamics
  • Team Building
  • Leadership Development
  • Conflict Management
  • Diversity and Inclusion Training

“Knowledge and understanding of your personality type, as assessed by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Instrument, can be a valuable tool for personal growth, achieving balance, understanding self and creating possibilities.” – The Myers-Briggs Foundation 2014

The Energy Leadership IndexTM Assessment (ELI)

The ELI Assessment, developed by Bruce D. Schneider, measures your Energetic Profile and your Energetic Stress Reaction.

Your Energetic Profile is the filter through which you experience the world in all dimensions – spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. This has a direct correlation on how you show up in different situations; and influences the results you’re achieving.

Your Energetic Stress Reaction is designed to uncover internal energy blocks, which are holding you back from success, happiness and purpose. Recognizing your reaction to stress is the first step toward reducing the level of stress you experience.

Learning about your energetic make up is a powerful step toward living a life of authenticity, intention and purpose.

Your Core Leadership Group Coach and Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) will work with you to debrief your assessment results; assist you in creating an action plan that will propel you to achieving your goals; and help you develop techniques to reduce the amount of stress you are experiencing in your day to day activities.
